Community ownership should stay centralized even in a Nostr-native app

Sub slugs are a product primitive, not just another protocol tag. Letting Substr own /s/privacy gives us cleaner moderation, less namespace squatting, and a much clearer user expectation around where rules live. The notes still stay portable, but the community lens is ours to maintain.
